If you are receiving the sound correctly but unable to transmit or speak properly then it is a problem, so you need to check both receiving and transmitting quality must be good.

3. Battery : You also need to consider the battery life of the Bluetooth Headset, each and every Bluetooth Headset having different Battery life. Basically most of the Bluetooth Headset talk time ranges from 3 hours to 9 hours when it is charged fully. You need to buy Bluetooth Headset which is providing minimum 6 hours of talk time when it is charged fully. You also need to check the standby time of the Bluetooth Headset.

4. Noise Cancellation: Noise cancellation is also one of the important thing you need to check when buying Bluetooth Headset. If you are travelling in bus or trains or making call in highly noise area such as in conference halls, considering Noise cancellation feature becomes important.

5. Style and comfort: There are different types of Bluetooth Headset styles available, which are mainly classified into

i. single ear sport headsets

ii. double ear sport headsets.

Single ear sport Bluetooth headsets are more commonly used where as double ear sport Bluetooth headsets are used when ever you are doing fitness activities.

Now a days most of touch screens are coming with two types of technologies, they are....................

1. Resistive Touch Screen.

2. Capacitive Touch screen. 

In this topic i will explain which type touch screen technology to choose while buying smart phones.The basic difference between these two technologies is how they responds to your finger commands or stylus commands.



Difference between Resistive and Capacitive Touch Screen


Resistive Touch Screen: 

1. Resistive Touch screen made by using three layers, in these three layers, plastic and glass layer plays important role.

2.Both this glass and plastic layers placed opposite to each other with air gap between them,When you touches on the screen this two layers conduct with each other and current flow occurs..

3. It is cheaper compared to Capacitive Touch screen.

4. Resistive Touch screen is old technology and it is easy to use with the help of stylus, fingers and pen.

5. The disadvantage of Resistive Touch screen is, it is not visible in sun light area and it is easily insecure to the scratches compared to Capacitive Touch screen.

Capacitive Touch Screen:

1. Capacitive Touch screen is made by using glass layer which is coated with the help of material.

2. working of the Capacitive Touch screen is different from Resistive Touch screen, it is highly sensitive to human body compared to Resistive Touch screen.

3. Capacitive Touch screen is costlier compared to Resisitive Touch Screen.

4. Capacitive Touch screen is a new technology and  it does not work with the help of stylus, pen, nails compared to Resisitive Touch Screen.

5.  Capacitive Touch screen is visible in sun light area and it supports Multi touch screen feature.


Conclusion: Resistive Touch screen is having low cost and less sensitive compared to Capacitive Touch screen which is highly sensitive. The main advantage of Resistive Touch screen is, we can use it with the help of stylus or pen or fingers, where as capacitive touch screen does not work with the help of stylus.


If you are interested to use touch screen mobile only with the help of fingers then use capacitive Touch screen, if you want to use stylus or pen then you need to use resistive touch screen mobile. If you are already having touch screen mobile then you can find out whether your touch mobile is capacitive one or resistive one with the help of this trick. If your touch mobile is working with the help of stylus or pen then your touch mobile is resistive touch mobile, if your phone is not working with the help of stylus then your mobile is capacitive touch screen mobile.

1. Ink Jet Printers: This printers are basic level of printers and some times you may get free Ink Jet Printer with new desktop PC. The cost of Ink Jet Printer is very low in the range of 1500 -3500. Ink Jet Printers are good for printing text as well as photos but cost of printing is very high in Ink Jet Printers. Ink Jet Printers are perfect for you if you have less printing work around 100 -200 pages and there is portable Ink Jet Printers available for Laptop.

Ink Jet Printer uses drops of ink to print images or text in a page. An Ink Cartridge contains ink that drops on to the paper when ever you need to print any thing. Ink Cartridge is a replaceable component in Ink Jet Printer. You need to clean this Ink Cartridge frequently because Ink Cartridges are more expensive..


Advantages: 

1. Ink Jet Printer's are low cost printers.

2. Ink Jet Printer is good for printing photos and allows you to print text in different colors.

3. Ink Jet Printers does not require any warm up time before printing.

4. Ink Jet Printers are easy to maintain because of flexibility and portability.

Disadvantages:

1. You need to replace and clean Ink Jet Cartridge frequently and it is expensive .

2. Ink Jet Printers are having slow speed compared to other printers and they are not suited for bulk amount of printing.

3. Ink Jet Printers having cost per one print is high.

2. Laser Printer : Laser Printers are good for offices because they can print in bulky amount. The cost of Laser Printer is very high compared to Ink Jet Printers but cost per print is low. Laser Printers are good if you are printing large amount of text and some times photos. Laser Printers works faster compared to Ink Jet Printers.

Laser Printers require Toner Cartridges instead of Ink Jet Cartridge, Toner Cartridges are expensive compared to Ink Jet Cartridges. The cost of Laser Printer starts from 5000 Rs and toner cartridge starts from 3000. 

Advantages: 

1. Laser Printers are good for printing black and white text in bulky amount.

2. Laser Printers having cost per one print is very low.

3. Laser Printers can print faster compared to Ink Jet Printers.

Disadvantages:

1. The cost of Laser Printer is very high compared to Ink Jet Printer.

2. Laser Printers require some amount of warm up time before printing.

3. Laser Printers are not recommended for graphic printing such as photos.It is good for only text based printing.

3. Photo Printer :A Photo Printer is specially used for printing photos and graphic related tasks. Photo Printers are useful when you frequently require printing friends or family photos on Paper. The cost of Photo Printer range starts from 10,000 Rs and whereas cost per photo is very high compared to Ink Jet Printers and Laser  Printers. The cost of Photo print for page is around 3 rupees per page.


4. All In One Printer or Multi Functional Printer: All In One Printer works as Fax Machine, Scanner , Printer and copier. It is good for small or large offices because offices requires all this components instead of buying a component individually you can buy All in One Printer for all this tasks. The cost of All In one Printer starts range from 5000 rs which is low compared to Photo Printers.


Conclusion: Ink Jet Printers are recommended for Students and home use those who prints photos as well as text. Laser Printers are recommended for offices and Photo Printers are recommended for those who want to print large amount of photos. An All In One Printer is recommended for lager organizations or business.

There are so many Pen Drive's available in market some of them are genuine one where as most of the pen drives are fake one. It is very much difficult to find out which one is original and fake one because fake one is also looks like original one. In today's topic i will explain how to detect fake Pen drives or flash drives before buying....


How to detect Fake Pen Drive Before Buying


1. Do survey in online : Before going to buy any flash drive or pen drive, first of all do research in online which Pen drive Product do you want to buy( Kingston or Transcend). Check the website of that pen drive manufacturer for correct name and Picture of the pen drive. 


2. Price of Flash Drive : This is one of the easiest way to find out whether the pen drive is fake or not. If you are getting 32 GB pen drive or Flash Drive at the same price of 4 GB then the pen drive or flash drive is a fake one. Don't Buy Pen Drive or Flash Drive from road permit shops and unknown persons.





3. Warranty : If the Shop dealer is not providing warranty for the Pen drive,then don't buy  because every pen drive company is providing warranty with pen drive. Don't buy the Pen drive from the shop if they don't have the refund policy.



4. Check the Model Number of the pen drive : You must check the Serial Number and as well as Model Number before buying the Pen drive. If you are not able to see the Model Number and Serial Number then it is a good indication that is a fake pen drive. You can verify the Pen drive with the help of Serial Number and Model Number.

                                              

5. Test the Pen Drive : If you already buyed the pen drive and having the refund policy then test the pen drive first day only with the help of software such as H2Testw . Check the transfer speed when ever you are copying large files and also check whether the given pen drive is formatting or not...

3. Switch off your mobile phone whenever you are not using it...



4. When ever making a call don't put your mobile phone near to ear untill other person answers it , because mobile phone generates more radiation whenever it is making call to other.

5. Use Head Phone or Bluetooth Headset or Speaker Mode to answer the phone calls...



6. If you have land line in your home then use it as much as possible for making phone calls instead of Mobile Phone.


7. If you are buying a new mobile phone then select the Phone which is having very low SAR levels. SAR level(Specific Absorption Rate) is the rate at which radiation energy is absorbed. You must buy the Mobile Phone with lowest SAR levels as Possible. Just perform Google search as Your Phone +Model Number + Sar Levels ( Ex: Nokia 3110C SAR level).



8. Don't use the mobile phone if you are in moving train or bus because it has so much radiation effects. Don't use the mobile phone in buildings which are having less coverage area because that can increase the radiation levels.

What is the difference between DVD - R, DVD +R , DVD-RW ,DVD+RW

There are different types of DVD disk formats available in market.

 i. DVD -R

 ii DVD +R

 iii DVD- RW

 iv DVD +RW

 v. DVD ROM




The difference between DVD - R and DVD -RW or DVD +R or DVD - RW is, DVD - R or DVD + R types of DVD disks are only one time recordable and readable for life time. The data in DVD -R or DVD + R can be erased with burning burning tools but cannot recorded or written once again. Where as in the case of DVD - RW and DVD + RW types of DVD disks are can be recorded and erased as many times. DVD ROM disk means Read only Disk.


You may thinking what is the plus type of disks ( DVD +R, DVD +RW) and minus type of disks (DVD-RW , DVD+RW). First of all in the market DVD-R and DVD- RW developed and used by APPLE and Pioneer companies. This DVD-R and DVD- RW not having any industry standard in the market. DVD- R and DVD- RW are cheaper than DVD +R , DVD +RW. The minus disks can be recorded to in  one layer on disk surface.

Then first of all DVD + RW developed before DVD + R and it is introduced in 2002.  where as DVD+RW, DVD+R supported by so many companies such as Philips, HP , Dell and Sony. DVD+RW, DVD+R disks can be recorded to in multiple layers on disk surface. This is the one of the main advantage compared to minus disks which results in additional storage capacity in DVD+RW,DVD+R disks. Plus DVD disks are expensive compared to minus disks.

If your DVD drive is DVD-RW then you can only read and write DVD- R and DVD - RW type of disks only.  DVD +RW and DVD+ R types of DVD disks does not work on your DVD drive. DVD- RW disks are more expensive than DVD - R dvd disks. You need to buy a DVD drive which supports all DVD format disks(DVD - R, DVD +R , DVD-RW ,DVD+RW).

Main Differences between Plus and Minus DVD disks


1.  DVD Plus (+R, +RW) disks developed by DVD + RW Alliance where as DVD Minus disks developed by DVD Forum.

2.  DVD Plus (+R, +RW) disks costlier than DVD Minus disks .

3. DVD Minus Disks can be recorded to only one layer on Disk Surface where DVD Plus disks can be recorded to multiple layers on disk surface.

4. DVD - R disks are most popular for windows and Mac operating system users and they are not compatible with DVD + R disks..

 So whenever buying DVD burner or DVD Player check for Minus and Plus DVD types of compatibility... If you take DVD Multi Recorder it supports only DVD - R , DVD -RW , DVD - RAM where as DVD Super Multi Recorder Supports all types of DVD format disks (DVD - R, DVD +R , DVD-RW ,DVD+RW). So when ever you go to shop for buying DVD burner or DVD player ask for Super multi Recorder..

Are you decided to buy a personal computer and confused whether to buy an Assembled PC or Branded PC. Buying a computer is mainly depends upon budget and requirement. In this topic i will explain advantages and disadvantages of Assembled PC and Branded PC. 

All Branded Computers are actually Assembled Computer built in factories in bulky amount . Basically assembled Computer can be built easily by anyone. Both having advantages and disadvantages, most of the people choose Assembled PC instead of Branded PC.


Advantages of Assembled PC


1. There are so many advantages of buying an Assembled PC, main advantage is You can select your own configuration and pay for that only.

2. Assembled PC is cost effective (Cheaper) than Branded PC.

3. Assembled PC allows you to buy a specific PC component(such as Motherboard, Hard Disk etc) from branded companies because a single company cannot provide all components with good quality.

4. Each and every PC component such as Hard Disk, Monitor , CD Drive having their own warranty periods. ( Hard disk --- 3 years or 5 years , Monitor --- 3 years , CD/DVD drive --- 9 months , Keyboard and Mouse ---1 year of warranty).

5. You can buy the PC components which can be upgraded easily in future. You can add extra hardware components in future easily.

6.  No need to pay for unwanted hardware components which comes assembled  with the branded one in case of Assembled PC.

Disadvantages of Assembled PC


1. You need to have good knowledge about hardware components of computer because there are so many low quality hardware components available in market.

2. If you don't know how to assemble the hardware components then it may be a problem in the case of upgrading hardware components.

3. Poor technical support because each and every hardware component is from different manufacture.

4. No operating system installed , You need to buy operating system with hardware components.



Advantages of Branded PC 



1.  You don't need to have any good knowledge for buying a Branded PC because Branded computers are already  assembled ones.

2.  Branded PC comes with all software installations and Operating System.

3. The main advantage of Branded PC is they comes with on site warranty and 24 hours technical support.

4. If you have organization then buying in bulk amount can be cost effective and having  so many free offers.

Disadvantages of Branded PC


1. The main disadvantage of Branded PC is more costlier than Assembled PC( having the difference around 10K between Assembled PC and Branded PC).

2.  Most of the Branded Computers are difficult to upgrade in future.

3.  Branded PC comes with only 1 year of warranty for all the hardware components .

4. Branded PC comes with already installed OS, You cannot choose your own OS to install in your PC in the time of buying.

5. If any hardware component does not works properly then asks you to change total hardware components in Branded PC.

6. The hardware components of Branded PC chosen by manufacture, You need to pay extra money for unwanted components in your Branded PC.


In my view Assembled PC is better for those who are having good knowledge of hardware components.  Branded PC is better for those who don't have any knowledge about computer hardware components and don't want to upgrade the PC in future.

Now  a days so many companies are coming with android mobiles at a good price, Today i will tell what you need to check when ever going to buy an android mobile phone.So many companies are providing budget based andriod mobile phones coming with poor touch screen quality and lower resolution around 480p...




Specifications to check while buying android mobile phone


1. Android OS Version   It is the first thing you need to check when ever you are going to buy Android phone, Latest version of Android is jelly bean, Most of the phones does not contains this OS. At least mobile phone should contains ICS 4.0 android version...

2. RAM   The next thing you need to look for is RAM in the mobile phone. If the RAM is low, then the mobile phone may hang or restart frequently. If you want good performance on your smart phone, minimum 1 GB RAM is required. If the budget is low then you need to select minimum 512 MB RAM, which will also gives the better performance.

3. PROCESSOR. Processor is the heart of the mobile, now a days quad core processor are coming with so many phones, As processor capacity increases the performance of the mobile also gets better. Minimum 1 Ghz Core processor is recommended or higher one,If the budget is low then look for 600 MHz processor 

4.CAMERA  Today all smart phones are coming with cameras, But you need to look for minimum 5 MP camera . if you want to perform video calling, you need to choose the mobile phone that having front camera. If the budget is low then you can select minimum 3 MP camera. If you are not interested in camera, then you can also select the mobile phone with VGA Camera.

5. WARRANTY  If the mobile phone doesn't have any warranty or 6 months warranty should be avoided. You need to select the mobile phone which is having minimum 1 Year warranty or more than that...

6. Screen Size and Type  The mobile phone should be at least 3 or 4 inches and screen type should be capacitive one, If the budget is low then opt for resistive screen type but capacitive screen type gives better performance compared to resistive one

7. Memory  Memory is also important when ever you buy any smart phone. You need to look for both internal memory as well as external memory. The phone need to have minimum 100 MB internal memory and upto 8 GB external memory..

8. Communication Support  Communication support is also necessary whenever you buy any smart phone, Wi-fi ,GPS ,Bluetooth, 3G and 4G should be supported by phone....
9 Battery The last thing you need  to check is good battery power for making voice calls and internet browsing. The phone must have minimum 1800mAh battery or higher...

  Desktop drive external hard disk having the 3.5 inch mechanism and requires the Power adapter ,developed  to put them in one place(such as office or home). Now a days maximum storage size available in Desktop drive HDD's is 4 TB. You need to look for built in fan, it will increase the life span of the Hard disk....

  Portable Drives or Solid State HDD's(SSD) having the 2.5 inch mechanism and it doesn't requires any power adapter. They usually gets the power from the cable that is connected to PC or Laptop.Maximum storage capability of Portable drives is less compared to desktop drives, they comes in the range of 500 GB to 750 GB.

 The second thing you need to consider is the USB Interface for the Hard Disk...

 Currently Hard disks are coming with two types of USB Interfaces. They are USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 . USB 3.0 standard is newer one and it is 10 times faster compared to USB 2.0 but it is some what costly compared to USB 2.0. If you want more transfer speed then you can go for USB 3.0, if not go for USB 2.0....

 The third thing you need to consider is the Performance of the external hard drive. It includes the storage space , Specifications and Speed of data transfer.You can select the storage space of hard disk around 1 TB or 500 GB, It is more than enough to store the applications , games, videos and pictures etc...

 The last thing you need to check the warranty , Technical Support by the company and the components that are included with Hard disk. If the design is also important then go for the Portable or SSD hard disks instead of Desktop HDD.

So many pepole asks which brand or company HDD to buy, Each and every company will have drawbacks and fail at some time. The main concern should be the Size of the Hard disk ( 1TB or 2TB) and warranty provided by the company( 2 Years or 3 Years)....
