Steps:

1. Go to Run(win+r) and type regedit in the Run box...

2. In the Registry Editor Select HKey_Current_User>Software>Microsoft>Windows>Current Version >Policies>Explorer

3. Right click on NoUserNameInStartMenu > Modify>Set Value data = 1.....and click on ok...
