How to prevent Windows Messenger from running
Steps
1. Go to Run(win+r) and type regedit in the Run box..
2.In the Registry Editor Select HKey_Current_User>Software>Policies>Microsoft>Messenger>Client
3.Right click on "PreventRun">Modify>Set Value data = 1.....and click on ok.
4.Now Windows Messenger prevented from running.. In order to enable it Set value data=0 and click on ok...
