1. If the 7th and 8th digit are "01" or "10" means your cell phone is developed at "Finland".. Which means that your cell phone is having good quality....
2. If the 7th and 8th digit are "02" or "20"means your cell phone is developed in "UAE" .. Which means that your cell phone is having poor quality...
3.If the 7th and 8th digit are "03" or "30" means your phone is developed in Germany."04" or "40" means your phone is developed in "China"... Which is also having the good quality but not good compared to "01" or "10"...
4.If the 7th and 8th digit are "05" or "50" means your phone is developed either in Brazil or USA or Finland....
5. If the 7th and 8th digit are "00" means your cell phone is developed in the Factory.. Which means your cell phone is having the good quality...
