1.In order to download Gmail data login into your gmail account..

2.Now go to your account in the gmail... By clicking on your profile name>account

3.Click on Download Your  Data in the account settings....

4. whenever you click on "Download your data", It opens Google Takeout, You need to Enter gmail password to login, Google Takeout allows you to download all the data of Google products...

5.After logging in "Take Away" page opens, Click on "Create Archive " to download all your data...
