Steps to resize images without losing quality
1. Download the photopus pro software from the given link .
2. Install the Photo plus software in your system after downloading, whenever you complete the installation of software, Go to start Menu>Select All Programs>Photopus pro >Photopus pro..
3.Now click on Add > add photos at the bottom in the photopus pro to select the images you want to re size .
4.Click on Add filters in the next step, in that select custom size under the resize combo box to specify custom width and height...
5. Now click on Output button to save the picture, by default pictures will be saved in C:\Photopus.
To change the output location, click on browse button and select a new location. To save the photo in the same folder put check on "use source photo's folder for output".
6. Now select the format of the picture by default the output image will be saved in "JPEG" Format. To change the output image format select the new output format from the combo box.. You can save the picture in PDF format also....
7. Click on process button to start the processing...........
