How to reduce large files into small size
You want to send 1GB file to your friend via E-mail but it takes so much time to send. Today i will explain how to reduce the file size so that we can send it easily, It is possible with the help of "KGB ARCHIVER". It is free software similar to Winzip or Winrar but the ratio of compression is very much high, It also encrypts the files by using AES - 256 encryption method...
Because of large compression ratio of KGB archiver, The minimum system requirements should be...
1. 256 MB or 512 MB RAM
2. 1.5 GHZ processor

Steps to reduce 1GB file upto 5 MB using KGB archiver
1. Download and Install the "KGB archiver" Software from the given link.... Download From Here
2. Now run the program by clicking on Start Menu>All programs>KGB archiver2 >KGB archiver 2pp
3.Now copy the address of your file or folder and paste into the KGB archiver URL box....
4. Right click on the file or folder in the KGB archiver window and click on Compress to reduce the file size...
5. A small Pop Up window opens , Select "KGB" as a archive format and compression level as Maximum . If you want to put the password then type your password in the password box and click on "Next", Now it will start compressing..
Note: There are two compressions formats available in KGB archiver , 1. Winzip 2. KGB
If you perform the compression in KGB format then it takes lot of time to compress around 3 or 4 hours for 1GB to 10 MB with 1 GB RAM , It also takes 3 or 4 Hours to decompress.. Your friend requires KGB archive Software to decompress the file again. Where as in the case of winzip, It takes less time to compress but it's compression ratio is very less. The advantage of using winzip format for compression is the decompression time is very fast.....
