How to get Free SMS alerts and E-mail alerts before Your Friends Birthday
I was mostly forgetting my friends and relatives birthdays, It really hurts them if we don't wish them. Today i will explain how to get free sms alerts and E-mail alerts before Your friends birthday... Today Facebook largest social networking website, Each and every one is having Facebook account and they also share their birthday in the Facebook. We can use this feature to get notified before your friends birthday....
Steps to get free sms alerts and E-mai alerts before your friends birthday
1. Login into your Facebook account, Click on Events in the left hand side of the page...
2.In the Events click on Birthdays, In that click on "Export" to export all birthday events....
3. When ever you click on "Export" a small dialog box opens , In that copy the web address by right clicking on "Export Your friends 'birthdays" and select "Copy link address.
4. Copy the link some where in the notepad or word document and close the Facebook, Now login into "Google Calender " Using your G-mail ID and password by clicking on this link https://www.google.com/calendar/
5. Click on Setting which is located on the top right corner and in the setting select "Mobile Setup" Tab .. Now here you need to verify your mobile ...
6. In the Mobile Setup Tab select the country and enter the phone number and click on "Send Verification code" , You will receive a verification code on your mobile after some time.. Now you need to enter the verification code in the "Verification code" box and click on " Finish Setup"....
7.Once you verified the mobile, Now click on "Others Calender" drop down menu>Add by Url..
8. Copy the Facebook Birthday Event URL into the box and click on "Add calender" button...
9. Now your Google calender is created.. It is the time is to set the alerts for SMS and E-mail... Click on the newly created calender drop down menu> click on Reminders and Notifications..
10.In the "Choose How would be you notified " column put check on E-mail and SMS like this.At last click on "Save " Button...
11. From now onwards you will receive Free SMS and E-mail alerts before your friends Birthday.....
