How to setup Auto Reply Message In GMAIL
What is Auto Reply Message?
An Auto Reply Message is a message that is sent automatically to the persons whoever sends Mail to You....
What is the need of Auto Reply Message?
An Auto Reply Message is very useful in the following cases...
i. If your going out of home or office and does not having any Internet connection then you can use Auto Reply Message to inform them that you are out of home or office.
ii. It is also helps you to send "Thanks" Message and i will be replying soon when ever any body sends a E-mail to you. By that they can know the mail arrived into your mail box.
iii. If you are having business then you can set the offers that you want to promote in the auto reply message.
How to setup Auto Reply Message in GMAIL
1. Login into your GMAIL and Go to "Settings" Page as shown in the picture below...
2. In the Settings Page > General Tab > Vacation Responder > Click on Vacation Responder on....
3. Now write your message and subject in the boxes of Message and Subject. If u only wants to send auto reply message to your contacts then put check on "Only send a response to persons in my contacts " and click on "Save changes" to save...
